Payment Options

Our payment options include the following: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, PayPal, venmo, Master Card, and Visa. This can be done through the checkout page linked off the Shopping Cart. Payment includes shipping and Tennessee State Sales Tax.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days for U.S. orders/ 25 days for non-U.S. orders. If more than 25 days have passed since your purchase, we canโ€™t offer you a full refund.

Should you receive your specimen or specimens with visible damage during shipment, please notify us within 4 days of receiving the mineral shipment. Please provide photographs of the visible damage to the order. The returned items must be returned with the original mineral labels and packaging.

For orders from the United States, returned orders must be received within 10 days of the receipt of the shipped package. For orders outside the United States, returned orders must be received within 25 days of the receipt of the shipped package.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing items for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 25 days after delivery shall not be subject to a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

Late or missing refunds

If you do not receive your refund within 10 days after we have notified you that your refund has been processed, please contact us at {[email protected]}.

Sale items

To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 121, 217 East Broadway Street, Lenoir City, TN 37771 .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโ€™t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
